Silja is a bit of a magician!

I carry a lot of muscle tension in my neck, shoulders and lower back - desk working, middle age etc etc.

Really relaxed atmosphere, identified the areas bothering me. Excellent massage with enough depth to work out at least some of my knots (still a few hundred to go!). Easy to chat to.

Very handy to have such a skilled therapist on the doorstep. Fully recommend if you are in need of some “you” time, a spa seems too much and/or too generic, and you want to literally and figuratively unwind.

I feel a little taller and a lot better.

A session with Silja is very special. She has a lovely manner, and the core treatment is very interesting. She expertly works on the connective tissue leaving you feeling looser, moving more freely and standing taller, and straighter. I also sense the Reiki coming through. I am very pleased with my progress with Silja.
